TOURISTIC GUAGUA

You can get the Travelcard in the Oficina de Atención al Cliente (Customers Service Department) of Guaguas Municipales (León y Castillo St., 330 ground floor), in the Central Station (Parque San Telmo), and in the Guaguas Municipales kiosks in the Pérez Galdós Theatre and La Alameda de Colón.

You can also get it inside the guagua

The ticket price is 1000 ptas. (6 E); you can travel for free in any guagua at any bus stop, but only that very day.

MONTHLY PENSIONER-CARD * (100 trips)

PENSIONER

Requirements: To be retired age of 65 or older or having the official paper from Instituto Nacional de la Seguridad Social (Social Security Service) of a permanent and absolute disability for any kind of jobs. Compulsory: To be a resident of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with a minimum seniority of three months. That the total income perceived by the family unit (couple) was, in all cases, the same or below the minimum wage. No to participate in any business, professional or labour activity of any kind. Necessary documents: Two recent photos. ID cards (photocopy) of both members, accompanied by their originals. Original supporting certificate dealing with the total income the family unit perceives (both members) and in concept of what they perceive it, issued by Instituto Nacional de la Seguridad Social in the case of total disability A partner's certificate of not being registered in the Social Security, in case she/he is younger than 65 and/or is a pensioner. In case of singles, widow/er, separated, divorced must provide a document certifying that the person is still alive being issued by the Court. A document certifying previous year tax income. In case you are tax-exempt, an official paper certifying it, issued by the Treasury, should be presented. Application-contract form properly completed and signed (also available in our officces) Residence Permits (Certificado de Residencia) for social affaires, available at the City Council of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. STUDENT

Requirements: To be below 26 before 1st October of the current scholar year, besides being registered in a complete scholar year in any of the official centres of Primary, Secondary, Professional Training, or University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. No to participate in any business, professional or labour activity of any kind. Necessary documents: Two recent photos Registration certificate, issued by the respective official centre. ID photocopy, accompanied by its original. In case of minors, father/mother or tutor's ID Application-contract form properly completed and signed (also available in our offices) Price according to current fares (600 ptas).
